1. Service
We aim to provide you with an efficient service. In the unlikely event of a complaint please contact us through the methods listed on the contacts page and we will deal with your issue promptly.

2. Delivery
Delivery charges are as stated on the site.
Items are sent through Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post or Parcel Post. We aim to despatch all items in stock within 48hrs. Please allow seven working days for delivery. Some items will be sent recorded and will require a signature.
Should you wish to receive your order urgently please contact us for express delivery rates.
All special order items are ordered direct from the manufacturer and could take upto 28 days. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date once this is available.

3. Availability
Occasionally a stocked item maybe temporarily unavailable. If this occurs we will contact you with an estimated delivery date or if requested a full refund.

4. Payment
We accept all credit card and debit card payments through Paypal. It is not required to have a Paypal account to use this service. We also accept UK personal cheques. We do not keep any credit or debit card details.

5. Returns
The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the seller by email within 48 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or incorrect.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee provided the goods are returned in their original packaging unsoiled, undamaged and unused with proof of purchase.
Please be aware that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods. Handling & Insurance are also at customer's own expense. The seller can not be held liable for the loss or damage of any goods in transit. We therefore recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with insurance from your post office.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability
Equestrian activities can be extremely enjoyable, but also dangerous. In no event, shall Bitlesshorse be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).
Always check equipment before use on every occasion that it is used for signs of wear and tear or damage. Do not use the equipment if it is showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. If the equipment is within the warranty period you must stop using it and return it for repair or replacement.
You are responsible for the safety of You and Your equine and must always choose equipment that is appropriate to You and Your equine, it is essential that you are properly trained and experienced before applying any new equipment to an equine. If you have any doubts about Your capabilities or suitability of the equipment for Your equine please seek expert assistance before using any products.
